Shining Electronic Technology Co., Ltd is a professional electronic cigarette researcher, designer, and manufacturer.

    Shining has two factories, one is located in Ningbo and another is located in Shenzhen ; the factory in Ningbo focuses on the production of charger, PCB of e-cigarette and the factory in Shenzhen is mostly responsible for the assembly of e-cigarette and their testing and packaging . Our sales department is set-up in Shenzhen in order to facilitate customer visiting.

    Our products have CE, ROHS and SGS certificates we have three e-liquid suppliers which can satisfied different customers in flavors.

    In the past two years, Shining has supplied over 1,000,000 sets of electronic cigarette to hundreds of distributors from about 30 countries and regions. We have rich experiences in designing, producing, marketing and shipment.

    Shining has great R&D ability. There are 18 professional electronic engineers and structure engineers, all of whom have obtained master's degrees or higher in the best Chinese universities and they had ever worked for some famous international hi-tech companies. So we have an expert R&D team and long-term project cooperation with Tsinghua University and Shanghai JiaoTong University, which are top universities in china.

    Shining has the perfect after-sale service system, which is quite important since the e-cigarette is a new product. Most of the customers will need the technique support to ensure their sales.
